It’s June already. If you have been expecting that someone will come to your aid, by now you should have woken up from your slumber because it’s already the middle of the year 2021.
PETER EZEKIEL, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR EAGLE LEAD DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE, Nigeria
Oh! Someone may have promised to fix you up, to give you a Job, etc. Truth is, some may not have changed their minds. Which means, they strongly wanna help you but the rapid changes of events and conditions has made them handicaped to do what they have planned for you while on the other hand, some were ready when you were not ready and now that you are ready, the opportunities are no longer there for them even though their intentions are still intact.
THESE ARE SOME IDEAS FOR YOU FROM MY DESK TODAY THE 1ST OF JUNE, 2021.
Jobs can never trace you, you will have to trace them because there are more people going out for in the search everyday and every time.
IDEA 1: Go and prepare a good CV and locate organisations you will love to secure a job. Tell them you wanna work for them FREE OF CHARGE. They should assign you roles of a paid staff even though they will not have to pay you anything. Let them know you hate idleness and would want to be actively engaging, achieving result and making the world a better place.
Surely some organisations will refuse the offer but try more than 10 and you are certain one will harbour you.
DON’T FORGET, GO FOR THOSE ORGANISATIONS THAT IF YOU ARE ENGAGED YOU ARE MADE!
BENEFITS:
First, you can start using the organisation in your CV as place of your work experience from the day you are allowed in while you are still applying for job with other organisation. Good thing is, their perfect competition could pick you because of that experience.
Secondly, most system will offer to be giving you transport and feeding for each day since you are not on their payroll. Imagine #2000 gets to you daily, that is approximately #60,000 per month. That is worth managing while you are still looking out instead of hoping for help while at home lamenting.
Thirdly, you will probably be the one to be considered when there is an opening in the organisation. Automatically, you have brought yourself to the limelight over other applicants/job seekers.
IDEA 2: Type on an A5 paper that you are a graduate and indicating your field of study and grade if good or just your field of study if your grade is not applaudable and plead that you need a job to be responsible to your family whose conditions are tormenting your heart.
I DON’T WANT TO GO INTO CRIME!
Go to traffic junctions and while cars are packed move to some of the good cars and drop this with some of drivers who are mostly the car owners. Do this daily to 20 cars.
BENEFIT:
Those who will feel your pain will contact you if they have any opening where they work or if a friend shares an opportunity with them or may even start a business because of you.
TIP: Because of the insecurity, people are passively becoming nice to young persons who are of good behaviours.
IDEA 3: start urging your parents to tell their friends at meetings and other places about you. Particularly, that you are a graduate and in need of Job. Especially, those who attend meetings with good cars and obviously rich. Point is, if they can’t help, something may come up from their networks which you will be remembered.
Hint: Sometimes your parents have been very nice to these persons and they wish they can help them but could not because they are not fit for the kind of help these men have to offer.
Their age and qualification is not a match. But telling them about you will make them dive into helping you to compensate your parents for their kindness.
Also, let your parents switch to the virtues of speaking out about you while being of good behaviours to people out there as their relationship with people has a lot to do with your future in this networking age.
Try these ideas and let’s talk about your experience.
I hope to have you testify about how this EMPLOYMENT TIPS WORK FOR YOU.
